Store Policies

D & L Toys LLC offers the following Returns Policy:
 
1. We will accept new, unopened and unused item returns within 14 days for full credit, less any shipping cost.  All items must be packaged properly in original factory condition to receive full credit.

2. Factory defective items may be returned to us within 14 days for like item exchange or full store credit, less any shipping cost The cost to ship defects back is your responsibility, we will cover return shipping of a new item.  Due to the inherent fragile nature of inflatable vinyl toys we will not accept the return of items damaged due to overinflation, misuse and/or abuse of the product from it`s intended light duty, fun purpose. 

If you have an accident, small leak, puncture or tear we can provide you with a high quality vinyl repair kit to permanently repair it at very low cost. Most small leaks, punctures or tears are a fairly simple fix and we have liquid vinyl repair that works wonders.

3. All pictures posted on this website are copyrighted and are the exclusive and  private property of  D & L Toys LLC. They are not to be copied and/or used for any other purpose
